Description
For 50 Points or $1.00 USD you can downloada .psd file of the 4 base frames and their white underlay
the frame order and ratio
4 flat white-backed frames (.png)
4 flat transparent frames (.png)
A program that supports layers and gif exportation may be needed to create the icon
I believe there are also online tools available to gif a set of images
rules:
Each download is for personal use; you may not distribute to others. If you'd like to gift it, you must pay for each person
Once bought, you can use it for as many icons as you'd like and edit them how you see fit
Please do not resell any icons made with this base
Please do not take credit for the base

Sorry for the late reply! I have been offline for a while. You can use the base to make as many icons as you want! And you can then allow anyone you'd like to use them! You just are not allowed to let anyone else use the base other than you. And you may not sell/make money from any icons you create
