Y'know, I'm not sure what a vector is exactly but I know what it looks like. If you have Photoshop, just find some pictures of simple solid black and white shapes, make brushes out of them, and just mix 'em together on a cool background. It's the simplist art I've done, and sadly it gets the most attention. lol.
