I drew this at work today.. it started out as a tiny little pen sketch.. I really liked the little sketch so I drew it over on some bristol paper in pen and then shaded with charcoal and blended.. it isn't finished yet.. there will be a final version when I complete it.. comments pleaseRelated content

I find this very moving, says a lot to me. I was immediately struck by how men would very much like women to be wind-up creatures, also employers. I felt empowered at the same time because I know I don't have a key in my back

yes, i agree, very tim burton-esque...but unique in it's own right...
i love the melancholy expression of the 'doll' and the mood of the entire picture itself...
the blue and grey shades really help to get that emotion across...
