Actually, thi is not your camera which decide or not the size of the bokeh, it depends of your background...
If you are in the Wild, it could be rain drops just behind your subject.
Here, at home I use crushed metal paper, more or less crushed. More it is crushed, more little are the circles of the bokehs... Try, experiment, to find your
