I redesigned my OC Akio. This is a major change indeed.
Especially since the color scheme and the markings differ a lot.
I just didn't like that old design anymore.
It just didn't look right and I never enjoyed drawing him as much
as my other characters. Because blue and brown are just ugh...x.x
Also the main reason I wasn't continuing my comic was because
of this guy, and now that I am comfortable with the way he looks;
I think I can get on with it.
But just a little headshot will follow to really know how his mane flows. :'D

I did like his old design, but I actually think he looks much better now!
I really like his blue fur and how well it goes with his yellow eyes, they're stunning and really stand out! * u * <3

uh...just click on advanced settings(There will be a small box near it. Click on it.) and you should get all those options. ^^
And I don't think you have an option of downloading brushes in SAI like we do on photoshop.

I really like this character's redesign.
The colors clash really well together, and the shading is well done.
Hopefully, one day, I can be at a "shading level" similar to that.

Now, although I am not a fan of the more realistic style some Deviants use, I do like it in some cases. I'm just more of a semi-realistic-art kind of guy.
