Done in Painter IX. 2 Hours. No ref.
UPDATE: Managed to squeeze out a bit of my time to touch up this image. Basically making it a little more finished.

Imangine how long it takes to make an awesome piece, like the ones of pepper. No think of how long it takes to take screen shots, save them as you work and write down each process and then put it all together.
