Description
This is Griif LeLys....one of the characters in my comic book I'm currently working on. He's Arronis' (the hero of the comic) rival...he's a mercenary and he's feared by all the other mercenarys 'cause he's the strongest one but the most loyal there is....he only take good cause jobs and we could almost compare him as a paladin of some sort....before Arronis lost his memory and was evil they had a fight together and of corse Griff was beatten dramaticaly by Arronis' powers and now vows to have revenge opon the one with the red eyes......Hope you guys like that one cause it took hell of a long time to complete
Sketch and cleaner version about 2 hours or so...
Coloring: about 3 hours using a wacom tablet and photoshop 6 (still learning with the tablet

Edit: I forgot to tell...before some of you might bug me with this...I got inspired by a pic from Hyung-Tae Kim...the pose of that drawing I saw was too perfect for Griff....I just had to use it....I wish I had a link or something to show you guys the real pic but I'm sorry I think I lost where I found it...gomen^^' ... If some of you think taht it's a rip off or that I can't draw that good go see my gallery and you'll see that I'm not a cheater

la pitoune cest un ange gardienne pour Arronis (le ptit blond) pis tu peux la voir coller sur lui dans le dessin de groupe des autre personnages

Définitivement mon favori, et carrément plus de classe que le héros (les méchants ont souvent plus la classe que les gentils ^^) en plus si il est indépendantiste...

lolll le pire c'est qu'il n'est pas tout a fais mecahnt mais plutot qu'il est le plus loyale et bon de tout les Hunters mais faut pas s'y froter du mauvais coter sinom il t'en veux a mort.....et c'est ce ki est arriver avec Arro dans son passé donc notre cher Griff le pourchasse pour avoir sa revanche

You might want to try a bit more variation in color, like maybe use purples in the shadowing also?

Very nice lineart on this one. The slick pose, combined with the flowy hair and the mood of the pic, which in itself is even better with the choice of colours, make for an all around gorgeous pic. As for the colouring, it is awesome. You're doing pretty good with that tablet of yours! ^^

This drawing is very cool.... i have no expertise in anatomy or face design *thinks your anatomy and clothes and every thing are AWSOME*, but i think the waepon design needs work ^^............. but otherwise your style is drop dead gorgeous ^^

Thank you for your comment...to be honest it was entended that his lance was rather simple...I just wanted to make a double edged lance with blades of the lyli flower shape...and not too big because it would be imposible to realy manipulate the weapon....you should have seen his first look I gave him and his lance 7 years ago....typicaly over exagerated anime character
