I absolutely love it! this is amazing and I think you should keep this style! two minor things, though- the lighting under the wings you might want to do away with, as I believe the light is coming from above. also, you might want to do the tounge a little bit darker, as well as shade the area darker as it goes towards the throat. However I think you did a great job on the overall coloring and as said before, I really think you should keep this style, improving it with even the slightest adjustments! that is all. :3

This is my first critique so this ain't gonna be professional
I think black, purple and yellow combination is really unique, most dragons I see usually have a 2 colour combination and plus the three colours really go well together. The colours as one can see changes tones at the right points which further adds to the beauty.
I only feel that the yellow on the head was a bit too much and would looked better just black. There is a bit too much white on the wings but it is quite minor.
I have a love hate thing with the glowing eyes, I just cannot decide.

Do you think you could do Spyro or Cynder? not in bad animation, but, in good detail? please? Cynder would be a very dark purple dragon with black spikes and horns. Her tail is sharp without any barbs. Her eyes would be a deep emerald green. Silver hooks on her outstretched wings. Spyro though would be a red and yellow based. his skin is a deep ruby red with yellowing (yellow, decaying) spikes. His eyes are piercing black with a silver ring. his claws are aging yellow and very nasty looking. his horns twist and reach far from his head. He also has a sharp yellowing barb for stabbing at the end of his tail.

The colors you used work nicely together, and the lighting is, indeed, spectacular. And EEEP I love how you made the eyes glow like that!! I love glowy things!!! ^o^
