Ooh, that's cool. I have no idea what they're doing, either, but I really wish I were them. It'd be fun to just grab a bunch of friends, a bunch of random stuff, and sort of set up shop on a corner.
It's a wonderful spontaneous picture. I really need to visit Japan sometime.
