This picture is so funny, especially Dovahkiin's face! It's just so damn cute.
So I am guessing that his adventuring days are over? Well he can always give in his job application and CV and join the many former adventurers in guard duty while his cousin is outside fighting dragons.
Then he can tell the next Dovahkiin to stop shouting because it is making the townspeople nervous.
In my opinion, the guards in Oblivion were better, they had KNEE PADS and a voice to match the Thu'um.
