Description
This would have to be one of my favorite scenes artwise. InuYasha's poses don't always turn out exactly how I imagine them but this one turned out even better. As for Naraku, even though he's extremely tiny, I drew that complex form of his with every detail and then shrunk it. Geez, he's got more stuff than Sesshomaru does. I wouldn't be surprised that he took ideas from Sesshomaru's garb and made it bigger and better to pad his own ego. Such a jerk. lol Still, I had a lot of fun drawing him in that form with the whole barrier thing. It's like one of those things from the series that you see all the time but you never thought you'd draw. Pretty coolio. ^v^Edit: This just won first place in the Dec 2011 Feudal Association awards for "best dark artwork". Thanks so much to all who voted!

Thanks! The barrier wasn't too hard really. Just make a solid pink circle around Naraku, set the transparency somewhere around 10% and then make another layer to add the diagonal line effects.

Wow! Inuyasha's pose is awesome! That's one of the things I love about him is how he poses, and whenever he lands, it just looks so awesome! You did well on this! Definitely worth the fave

I remember when Inuyasha was on television....*sigh* Such good and peaceful times!
Why can't that show come back on TV (IDR if it still is...) - because if it did, I BET you that everything would be peaceful again! (At least...in my eyes it would be!)

Y'know, for the entire month of June, I was looking at a picture of Naraku and Byakuya for my calendar, and I'm telling you, he MUST have ripped off Sesshomaru's look. XD
