I grew up with Chun-Li too. I played alot in the arcades as a kid, and mostly played as Chun-Li.
Eventualy I developed a bit of a crush, now I draw the Spring-Beauty (her name in english, I studied her alot also) often.

You did a great job with her anatomy and outfit. Awesome details, and the color came out well. But... why are her legs darker than the rest of her body? O.O

She wears panty hose of course. Why? Heck, I didn't make the character. How should I know..
Maybe when she does her spinning bird kick, she spins so fast that the wind is really cold, so she wears the hose to keep her legs warm? XD

Ah, one of my favorites as well. I remember when I was a little kid at the arcade all the older teenagers would convince to play with them, and they'd get mad when I used her uber kick thing too much. Good times. Anywho, great picture, nice detail and looks like everything is there as it should be..the spikey wristy things, the hair doodads, big white boots. Very nice.
