I wanted a more magical and classical feel...Edit:
4.9.2009 - Removed the butterflies, Enlarged the faun, repainted the flute, changed the opacity of the texture, and added cherry blossom on left side.

Yeah it was difficult trying to find the right legs... I was focused on at goat legs, but they never worked. The horse on the other hand looked much better.

I never could get the goat legs to work either, I was trying a front view though. Good thinking using the horse legs.

haha yeah that would be more challenging to do the front view. I don't usually give on a piece... I just put it away for awhile.. I think I started this one several months ago.

Excellent. Pretty seamless integration other than the flute. I think it looks a tad bit too soft whereas the rest of the image seems to have a slightly harder look to it. That's just my take, though.
