This is Wilson's design. In this AU he's a pokemon professor in the Umbra Region. His lab, known as The Reserve, has all kinds of starters from the various regions.. Sadly getting trainers to come has been a bit of a problem for him. Though least he's not alone. His faithful raichu, Percy, sticks by his side through and through.
