This is Callisto Io, a fan-made character from the future project called Star Wars: Unity , with 2003 Clone Wars art style, by Genndy Tartakovsky.

Description
Portrayed as a old man wizard in grey robes and having a long beard, Master Callisto Io is one of the Jedi Covenant leaders and the mentor of Jason Caelum , Kate Sunsiphon , Nicole Moonsaver , and the other apprentices, expect formerly Aidan Skywalker who is not in participation for the team. Callisto trains them in the art of Jedi Knights in every way possible in preparation for war until Aidan had learned of the Darth Malignous 's evil and how he killed his father 's master, and later then, he died, sacrificing himself in order to save the other Jedi during the battle of the old temple.
