Probably. Witcher books are definitely more popular in Europe but now, since the Witcher games were so succesful I think it's starting to change slowly I'm glad you like it btw Thanks!

Try experimenting with some texture brushes with high opacity. Work from bigger to smaller shapes. Leave some details where they aren't necessary and add them where you want your focal point to be. I hope it helps a little bit

Thank you! Could be. I've tried different sizes, but this seemed the most accurate to me. Also, I didn't do any perspective lines (I should have propably) while I was painting it so It may be weird. I was trying to do all in colour from scratch, without sketching in the first place.

Thanks yeah, I really enjoy that painterly style and getting shapes from nowhere. Just adding colours and values. It's hard though and takes time, but It's worth sruggling. I'm still at the beginning so It so pisses me of when I can't get what I want but that what's practice for, right? Anyway, good sketch is a great foundation for the rest of work, so It's always a good idea to do linework first. Check proportions, perspective, etc. And most important, practice! And dude, you have really good environments in your gallery If you want to work on your perspective, try more urban stuff, like buildings, cities, rooms. That's where it kicks in the nuts

Yes I've seen it in so many unique variations and yours is one of the coolest so far! I agree, definitely worth it especially for a forest floor or some other chaotic environment. Yes me too! I have beautiful images in my head and I wish there was some way to make them look perfect XD. EXACTLY. It's funny how people give up the the first few times because they can't get it to look the way they want. Takes work, and time and effort ahaha.

I'm thinking some urban stuff would be cool.. a quiet Italian street or a some modern alleyway ahaha. Definitely could help! Thank you for the advice (:

Right. It's hard at first but It gets easier eventually. Well.. at least I hope so For example, I hate how my image looks in the first stages. But I have to suck it up(or throw it away, lol) and keep working until it looks good. The worst thing you could do is to give up. You're welcome. Yeah, I should work on environments too. Słyszałem już takie opinie. Pod względem artystycznym pierwsza część gry miażdży drugą moim zdaniem. W jedynce, ja przynajmniej, czuję to "coś", znane mi z książek. W dwójce to jest niekiedy, ale już zdecydowanie rzadziej. Trójka zapowiada się ciekawie, zobaczymy jak to będzie tam wyglądać. Niestety, przyjdzie mi się o tym przekonać jakiś spory czas po premierze, więc będę się starał unikać jak ognia wszelakich obrazków Dzięki za komentarz. Cieszy mnie, że tak uważasz, to duży komplement.

imho trochę ich poniosło, postacie na artworkach wyglądają świetnie, ale też jak typowe-postacie-z-gier-fantasy. Nic dziwnego, że komentarze osób nieznających książek odnoszą się do 'zaliczenia' Ciri przez Geralta niezły acziwment

Design postaci uważam za świetny. Nie podoba mi się tylko ta zbroja Geralta na materiałach promocyjnych, ale to będzie można zmienić w grze. Problem tylko w tym, że jak się na materiałach promocyjnych przedstawia Geralta w takim pancerzu, to potem nieznający książek dają mu jakąś stalową zbroję, dwa miecze, białe włosy i już. I myślą, że to jakiś typowy wojownik. No bo opierają się na plakatach, filmikach i screenach. Trochę wypaczanie postaci. A co do "zaliczania" Ciri przez Geralta, to nie widzę związku z wyglądem postaci. Ot, zawsze znajdą się jacyś dziwni ludzie, którzy sprowadzą grę do zaliczania lub zabijania wszystkiego co się rusza. Albo do malowania Ciri z ogromnym biustem czy tyłkiem. Co zrobisz? Nic nie zrobisz
