*IΒ΄m no writer,but this is the short story I wrote for the drawing...
It was HaroldΒ΄s one of the most favourite things in the whole world.And he HAD been waiting for all autumn,winter and counting each and every day of spring.
The first night of summer.When the skies above grew clear and the stars appeared.
It was still evening...and he was so anxious for the sun to set.Sitting under his window he murmured:"Go already!Why wont you gooo?!"
When the last ray of red sun touched his cheek,he knew it was time.He quickly put on his red little boots and stormed out.He ran as quickly as his feet would let him,yet it was just not quick enough."Hurry!Hurry!Hurry!"he said to himself while he struggled through the thick grass.
There was a special place he had.Far from his home and quite hard to get to for a little mouse.But once he was there,it was all worth the effort.
Harold nearly made it there on time,when the first star blinked and appeared.
"Whoooooah!" Harold cheered with joy.
He was very tired from the run but the sight was just too beautiful to bother.
Harold was as happy as he could ever be...

In this picture in particular, I like the way you have mellowed out the harshness between the red and the blue, you have done it well and the end result looks great!

The many different blues of the sky, the shining bright red mushrooms. The way you painted with the watercolours is perfect for this kind of painting. It's soft and powerful at the same time.

To be very honest..your comment DOES mean alot to me.Cos i actually havent ever shown my drawings to any children...so I wouldnt even know if they would like them...heh.
