Stunning. Sometimes I can't tell if I am looking up or down the stairs.

It's amazing. I don't know if I am looking down or up. One moment I think I'm looking up then the farther I look down that "tunnel" it is as if I am looking down... That old world spiraling away into nothingness, that white circle at the end. Consumed. Amazing work. A good picture given deeper meaning.

This is amazing! It's so elegant. At first, I couldn't tell whether I was looking from below or from above.

love the depth, perspective and the illusion which makes you think for a sec on whether it was taken from the top or the bottom of the staircase!

Whoa! Is this looking up or down? I'm getting vertigo. Is this taken with a fisheye lens or something?

I think the control of the light and the balance of the tones (without making it look too overprocessed) has been very well done. There is a lot of interest in not only the curve s and leading lines, but also in the fantastic texture - the flakes - of the scene, which lifts this shot well above the usual stair theme.
In terms of the composition I am wondering why you didn't flip this counter-clockwise and crop in a little - that, to my my mind would make the shot stronger. Having a central focus point is still very strong but I think the above comp would make this shot a little more interesting.
All in all a shot that immediately caught my eye from the DA front page, and I think you definitely deserve your attention.

Beautiful! I love the point of view and the colors! I also really like that it takes a moment to orient oneself. At a quick glance you just assumes that you are looking down^^ Even though you are in fact looking upwards^^
