I'm trying to design my sketches somehow to finally put them all out,
there're quite a few random ones, and many have a theme, idk (ノωヽ)
I just like drawing him uwu as well as weapons, I have a special love for weapons of various types, especially cold steel
I can talk about weapons for hours -writs a little-

Oni has a single-handed guardless backsword, Shashka, kinda sabre
To be honest, that wasn't the best weapon choice for him, since he never had a real talent for owning swords
and fights better in close handed combat, his blade only fetters him and he knows it,
Don't sure the fact that he's left-handed gives him even a slight advantage

In any case, most people in the country, and especially in Eden, a dirty capital, openly carry weapons.
It's solidly rooted in the very core of their culture due to inequality in terms of power, after some people got special abilities,
But with the country at peace, cold steel everywhere was rather considered a common accessory
and real combat skills basically remained unnecessary, particularly for those who have money to hire effective bodyguards.

Anyway it's considered extremely bad form to ask to surrender a weapon when someone comes somewhere as a guest
or even as an unpleasant visitor. Thus, most of people carry weapons even at high receptions/ appointment
where guests can't protect themselves. This significantly increases the demand for bodyguards,
thereby further increasing the number of weapons and abilities per square meter
