i only work on xp and to switch to windows 7 & 8 frames its a bit hard but I'm sure i can get some body that's good with both i am better with icons of any size but i have not tried the full explorer frame
by the way this is would be a nice import to xp
you should recreate this for viglance and vistart and summit it to leesoft for a theme on the skins page i thing i could help with an import
