There are no special rules or exceptions regarding fan created works which feature copyrighted characters or settings; these works can be subjected to a claim of infringement should the copyright holder deem it necessary to file one just as with any other work which features some manner of copyrighted content.
No work featuring copyrighted third party content will be allowed to be sold in the deviantART shop area without proper permission or licensing from the rights holder.

If you really don't want me to put my work on DA because I did "steal" it, just say it...I just don't understand the big deal of it...I haven't here anything of the person that made the original piece.
I can understand that you don't find it ok to "steal" work of other people, but if somebody is really against it they need to warn by putting up a warning what will happen if you do "steal" it...
I do respect your opinion and if you are really really against it, just say it and I will take it off DA.
I'm not here to make a fuss about stuff like this and I'm not askinng for money with my work, I just want to know what people think of my work.
