Yeah, since this one doesn't really get S.A.D. and generally works and lives in dark places and late hours, this one has a bit of a running joke about being a quarter vampire. Hence the "member of the undead" bit.

This one isn't certain the minor manipulations this one has done can qualify as "fanart", but this one is glad you like them, that he is. This one started out on DA at a same time when this one was watching and reading Rurouni Kenshin for the first time, started using his manner of speaking, and it stuck, that it did.

Not much man. Hanging out in Nebraska again. Got a night job so I'm working quite a bit. Got a girlfriend who's taking up most of the rest of my time, which I'm quite happy about. :3

Things are going, have my ups and downs can't say its surprising, attending Dickinson State and decided to pursue a minor in Graphic Design for now and I will remain stuck in my never ending quest to decide a major. Sort of missing having a job but since the oil boom most of the places that are hiring are full time which doesn't agree with my schedule.

Nebraska eh? Has it started to get cold over there yet? And what kind of night job are you working, *in a whisper* customer service?

Yeah, it's getting "cold" here, but only by the locals standards. Guess you'll have to decide if 30F is cold or not. And yeah, though not many customers come into the grocery store between midnight and 0700, so it's not bad.

I will consider 30F as cold because freezing point is 32F but then again I have lived through about 20 ND winters and they aren't as troublesome as I usually think they are.

My guess is that if you have any customers during that shift past about 2 they are intoxicated, are night owls, work a late job or are bored, I could be wrong though.

Midnight to seven doesn't sound bad either and the fact its not a hotel makes it better, I know this from the Americinn from this summer.

Try 22 Minnesota winters. They're even more brutal.

And actually, most of the people who wander in that late are fairly sober and coherent. At least, they have been so far. Except this one guy, but he apparently drops in at all hours of the day and night, so he's not just our problem.

Depends on your perspective. If you like hauling around pallets that way several hundred pounds and pitching around boxes that weigh up to 50 pounds for 8 hours, yeah, it's GREAT! If that's the kind of thing you're in to anyway...
