Yeah, I'm strongly considering doing some revamps of all my characters. Well, not ALL of them... but the ones I posted on dA. Hell, I have a folder with 200+ created characters.

Only advertisements and cutting edge (I'm not sure if there is a better way to word it) artists use question marks in their Japanese.
Which path do you choose? Advertising is a promising career I hear!

Heh, there is a question mark for that character because it literally translates to 'what'.

I just read over this, and the only Kanji I recognize are for 'death' and 'cave?'
π: 0 β©: 1
Electromechanical In reply to sonicsp33d [2009-09-08 00:46:17 +0000 UTC]
Which cave? Or did you mean both?
π: 0 β©: 1
sonicsp33d In reply to Electromechanical [2009-09-08 02:29:24 +0000 UTC]
Well, of course death is a relatively easy kanji to spot out since it's used frequently in anime, and is a rather basic looking kanji. But one of them also literally translate to cave.

Electromechanical In reply to sonicsp33d [2009-09-08 03:37:41 +0000 UTC]
Oh sorry, I was asking if you were referring to ζ΄ or ηͺ when speaking of the cave.
π: 0 β©: 1
sonicsp33d In reply to Electromechanical [2009-09-08 23:48:35 +0000 UTC]
Well, based on context, it was ζ΄. Which has various meaning I presume. (Sinus, Cave?) xD

Ah, eye sea. Just curious since I had little clue which might be learned first due to going in an entirely random order.

sonicsp33d In reply to Electromechanical [2009-09-09 00:22:06 +0000 UTC]
Entirely random..order? DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE DONE?! You could've said something so messed up, so....jumbled, and strange that NO Japanese person could understand.

It's no worse than learning the alphabet in no order. :<

Strangely enough, that can't really affect one too much. I mean...you're still getting all of the letters/sounds right?

I wrote it with my own knowledge!-- but I did look up the word question mark on Wiki's page for it in Japanese.
