Isn't that the general opinion of the Government? I know that the Michigan state government wants to build a new bridge to Canada- Despite the fact that we already have a way to get there- Thus, wasting tax payer money on something we don't need. They've decreased my scholarships (actually got rid of it) and grants so much- To cover up for their abundant spending in different areas.

-They have until 6:00PM usually, but it's been a really absurd amount of time. I've never sent packages via USPS though, usually use FedEx or UPS. :/ Usually packages sent to me through USPS arrive on a timely manner though. Not sure what's up with this one.-
