In addition to that alien character You suggested (who'll be named Za'Tatt), we have:

Yu Takeyama/Mt. Lady (My Hero Academia), a failed attempt to make a person capable of growing to the size of the aliens, as she shrinks and grows at random. She did the most training of the Pilots. She's also known for her pattened 'growing wedgie' in which she grabs a pilot by the underwear moments before growing to her huge form.

Penelope Pitstop (Wacky Races), The maid and chef of the base. She's the show's main Butt-Monkey, constantly getting into bizarre situations and receiving the most wedgies.

Slipstream (Transformers Animated), a criminal imprisoned at the base. She generally schemes to escape, but always fails in hilarious manners.
