Hi! Thank you for the watch back! I really appreciate the encouragement to keep writing

No worries about anything late, obviously I'm not so good at DA, since I often get art-shy. People seem to like Individuation and There is a garden - heavy scented . I'm pretty impartial when it comes to my writing- every piece is a little bit of me, after all  

And perhaps my profile isn't the place to ask, but do *you* have a favorite piece of your own?

Your pieces are delicious vignettes. They come in waves and I have to sit to not be knocked over - to take them in one by one. I hope to comment soon. Thank you so much for sharing those. 

I'm awful at seeing quality in my own work. I've been humbled and blessed by a couple DDs, which are probably my more popular pieces... however some experimentation pieces really hold some deep parts of me. I don't know if they're enjoyable to read, however. Darling, look at all the fireflies and Five Words In Place of Alone are two particulars. 

(I love how you said your writing was a piece of yourself. I, too, feel that I'm just writing down freeze-frame moments from my life and my emotions. It's a biography of moments expanded into chapters.)

You seem lovely, dearheart. I look forward to commenting, and hopefully getting to know you better soon. I just need to make it past midterms.

Oh how I understand your midterm woes. I just proctored my first one today… and now I have 1k multiple choice and 400 short answer questions to grade D:

Thank you for the recommendations! I’ll be taking a look at them as soon as I can dedicate a good chunk of time to contemplation - I hate to shortchange art in terms of attention. I also think we have  some interestingly similar conceptions of art and writing, and of their relationship to our lives. I’m excited to explore how those thought processes are translated into your work.

Oh my lord. Stay sane, hun! That sounds like a pile of stress and busywork. I'm sure you're more than capable of doing it, but maybe making sure you have some nice tea or coffee - whichever you prefer! Especially for those short answer questions. 

I hate to shortchange art, as well. I sometimes take an hour to experience and comment on a piece. That may be embarrassing to admit, but I really like when I'm able to devote my time to it. I will be commenting on your pieces this weekend, because I'll have the blissful time to (: I'm looking forward to it, and I hope I can find good words. 
You seem like overall a lovely person. I wish you the absolute best.

It is, so far! Where it's not falls onto my own shoulders, but it's nothing unmanageable! I'm doing some good things, and everything is moving along smoothly! I couldn't ask for more, really

Nice! He's a good friend of mine! I've got three different series in progress
right now, one of which is fairly far in, some random shorts, a couple of abortive
novels, and a firs draft from a long time ago and that's really rough If you're
looking for delightful series, there are a few going in my group
