I try very hard not to be opinionated and yet many people agree I am fairly easy to get along with.

It would seem so. ^^ But I come from no bg. (As in denomination)
I believe in The Gifts of the Spirit. (Healing, Prophecy, etc... ) and I still see them happen today.
My dad has a very strong Faith and has had a strange line of prophetic dreams in his life as well.
Someone once said I was a "Puritan" ^^

O.o Puritan doesn't exist in the U.S.A now. My history teacher told me that fact, but Quakers still do lol. . What kind of prophecies did he saw . I'm twenty-three yrs old, the youngest in my family.. just saying lol. But I do insist of you sharing uh mor3 about your father. (/(^o^)\)

Well for instance...   When my parents split and the divorce was pretty much said and done, my mother was going to take me and my siblings away to AK with her family. 

My father was given a dream by God to warn him about filing the necessary paperwork to prevent this "the day before" my mother had the tickets bought and was about to make her move.

My grandfather (on my mother's side) was the one who paid for those tickets and he was 
furious to say the least. ^_^

There are others...   but that's the story my father has told me that stood out the most.
