Hasn't anyone noticed? Kloves and Yates as well as the older writers use canon Harry and Draco scenes without changing a single thing while other relationships have new and additional stuff and things changed around. Obviously they have issues and it can't be used. But everything in the books from Harry and Draco can be transferred on screen because it works.
