Your art is absolutely beautiful!! I have a question, if that's ok! How exactly do you give the fur that shiny, glossy look like it has here: Does it rely more on layer styles like Overlay, of do you paint with a lighter color directly on the character? Thank you so much!! <3

I do all of those things^^ I usually add different blending modes (like overlay) to my layers when I apply color and lighting, then I merge the layers and paint/refine my brushstrokes.
When I'm satisfied with the detailing I add a couple more layers with blending modes so that the character and setting come together naturally.
