Hmm Im kinda bad at explaining things but I will try : <
First I draw something simple and save it as my first frame
Then I edit it a bit and save It as my 2ed frame
Then I put both of the frames into the gif maker on PhotoScape(its a free downloadale editing program)
Of course you can make more frames but I stick to the simple stuff
Again Im kind of bad at explaining things

oh just draw your gif on a 50x50 pixel canvas or just rezize the gif to 50x50
All Icons on dA have to be 50x50 pixels ^v^;;
