My advice is: Be active, comment on other artist's works, give favourites on pictures you like. Tell them why you like this piece of art. It take time to get friends/watchers. Be patient. I was a member on DeviantArt for a long time before I got my first watcher.

To get the critique request, you need premium membership.

To make friend, well,as I said, be active, show interest for other's art, if you comment on other's art, fave it, they will come over and look in your gallery, and if the like it, they will probably fave it and maybe watch you.
