I see it the same way... eh, the politics is kind of sad. I love the US cartoons and food, the people are great, I know many of you guys also love Russia, only it's the politics keeping everyone divided. We thought Crimean conflict would be a Cold war or WW3 and also Korea, but it goes silent again, people are too angry eh, government yelling at each other every week. Here and in the USA, Putin vs anti-Putin and Trump vs Anti-Trump support, everyone is always angry

I know that, and I know the Crimean people democratically voted for Crimea to be apart of Russia, Putin is not forcing Crimea to be apart of it. And speaking of Korea there is good news that little Kim surrendered the the U.S. and Korea may soon reunify under the South Korean government.

And you wanna know something else? I actually have Russian heritage. My great grandparents on my dad's side came from Belorussia back when it was apart of the Russian Empire somewhere around 1900 to New York City, but my dad doesn't live in New York anymore. During the 1980's he moved to Florida and that's where he met my mom and got married. And I was born in a small town in the state of Florida Florida called Port St. Lucie in back in 1999. And I hated living living in Florida because there were too many old people and it doesn't snow. But at the same time I was happy to be born in Florida because of the Death Metal scene in Florida, particularly in Tampa (a city in Florida). I lived in Florida most of my life but when I was younger I lived in a small town in the state of Alabama called Tooscaloosa for a little while and it was a beautiful place. But due to Hurricane Katrina we had to move back to Florida. However I don't live in Florida anymore, my parents and I just recently moved to an apartment in a city in the state of Virginia called Alexandria about 3 months ago, The city is located just 7 miles away from Washington, D.C. which is the capital of the US, and it's also a relatively big city with about 160,000 people and despite being so close to D.C. Alexandria's crime rate is much lower than D.C. and it's very safe, but it's also very expensive. Yeah, Florida's Death Metal scene was one thing I liked about Florida.

Yeah, I was actually in Baltimore a couple months ago to audition as a guitarist for a Death Metal band named Visceral Violation I played one of their songs called "Born in the Morgue" with them but I decided to forget about them since the traffic from Alexandria to Baltimore and back is too bad. And when I was in Baltimore to play with the band there was garbage, poorly built roads, abandoned houses and homeless people everywhere.

Also one thing I want you to know is that here in the southern states is still haunted by it's racist past. Just like some people in your country are nostalgic about your country's Communist past many people here in the southern US wish the south would secede again and many people here are backwards and inbreeding is common in the south. Virginia (and especially here in Northern Virginia) is not backwards like the other former Confederate states but I'm sure there are still people here who wish the Confederacy would come back which are mostly white supremacists and Neo-Nazis. I hear your country has alot of Neo-Nazis as well doesn't it?

I rather be dead than living with them, The guy is an asshole. so the 5 year license expired, and I became a student hobo in this year I rented a new apartment) a new job as a janitor, it's not so bad. The cost of living is very different from the capital. This zone is 2 hours different from Moscow, it looks like another country here). There was some debate with the city, if it was Asia or Russia, a vote was taken that it was not Siberia, and the Ural Mountains is a gap between the Ural federal and Asia, so it's different from other places. In small towns, Nazi support is rare, but the big cities, like St. Petersburg, often remain a problem, and the borders of both Ukraine and Belarus are huge for the Nazis. This is also popular for black metal bands, the NSBM movement... The pagan heritage to the Slavic people and Nazi policies became one for them. Strange, German groups and people do not follow it so much, but in a country with a strong communist past and a pagan legacy is the following Nazis and the German Nazi style since World War II, it's strange that they support it. Racism is pretty bad, but I guess we had it everywhere, people are all so different and disagree on each other too much.

I want to create music again, but also with a band, not alone... I think alone it's fine, but not so much fun and harder work to complete anything

I see, the main city in my area D.C. has 700,000 people living here, but I don't actually live in D.C. I live in a suburb 7 miles outside of D.C. named Alexandria which I already said. But it's apart of the D.C. metro area which has over 6 million people living in here.

I see, well the cost of living where I live is probably alot higher than where you live, my dad pays about $1700 a month for the apartment alone but also a couple hundred dollars more to keep our phone, television and internet service, Alexandria and the rest of NOVA (shorter name for Northern Virginia) is very expensive since it's so close to the capital in my country. And NOVA is completely run by Democrats and if Alexandria and the rest of NOVA keep voting Democrat we will eventually end up like Detroit or Baltimore. I don't support Republicans either but at least states and cities dominated by them have faster growing economies. The 2-Party System is destroying my country, at least in Russia you had multiple parties. Your country has the United Russia Party which Putin is in, you also have a Communist Party and I think you also have a Libertarian Party? But we don't have that here, it's just Republican and Democrat.

I know, first your country was Pagan, than Orthodox Christian, and then Militant Atheist and now it's Secular. I really enjoy listening to songs from the Russian Pagan Metal band Arkona, if you don't know who they are they are a Folk Metal band from Moscow which talks about the motherland before it converted to Christianity. I am very fascinated by the history of your country as someone with Russian heritage. And as much as I love America I gotta admit that your country's national anthem is much better than ours and sounds more patriotic than ours. Even though I hate Communism I am glad your president brought back the medley of the Soviet national anthem. And I haven't listened to much Russian Metal bands but by listening to the ones I had so far it seems you have great bands, but can you recommend me a few good Russian bands to listen to? And speaking of Paganism, I actually have one older friend who moved here to Northern Virginia and he's an Odinist and he's friends with my older brother Alan, his name is Paul but he's not a white supremacist or Neo-Nazi.

What's the name of the band you used to be in? I could look up your band on the Metal Archives and see if you have a page there. And if you wanna make music again maybe we could form our own project together and record our instruments on our computers and I can send you the recordings of my vocals and guitar.
