Do you know about points?
Points are these things:Β Β and they're like money for deviantart. It's a virtual currency people use to trade and buy commissions and stuff like that. If you want points, you can set up a donation pool so if a generous person passes by, they might give you a few. You can also do commissions where people will give you points in exchange for your art, and stuff like that!
How to set up a donation pool:
1. Go to your profile
2. Click 'Edit Page' in the top right corner of the screen
3. Here you can edit the layout!Β
4. Scroll down to 'Widgets you can add'
5. Look for the 'Donate' widget and click install!
6. Now it's on your page and you can give it a description, etc
Another handy resource is dAhub
Click on that and follow the instructions to earn points for free! You just watch, favorite, and llama the people on the list, and then comment, and the account will do the rest for you. (you have to have the donation pool up if you want to get points)
