there's no tutorial how to convert rainmeter skin to xwidget.
I usually observe the workings of the widget in Rainmeter and then apply it in XWidget. how to make widgets in XWidget much easier than making on Rainmeter that uses a difficult script.
you can try it yourself by editing a simple widget that already exists into a new widget, I will help you if you have a trouble.
