I agree. People I know, who grew up in the mountains, they are way nicer than city people... and rich people are often pretty... but...
But I think ice cream is much more important than environment.

how's life in south africa? I've never really understood your country... not that it's something to understand, or not understand, but it just always confuse me. so many good and bad impressions - but I guess it's not at all as my impressions tells me.

You could say that SA has too many ups and downs to really make it entirely favourable or unfavourable to a citizen. First of all, there's the issue that it's the rape capital of the world and comes second in terms of crime (America topped that list), and second, we've got irresponsible politicians who have endorsed and even more idiotic 'Secrecy Act' (journalists can't rub dirt on the government), but the untainted landscape, the streetwise people, and the general atmosphere of sincerity also balances that out. -~-; As I said, it's difficult to judge it fairly...

Lol, but I wouldn't live anywhere else in the world. From what I've heard and seen of other countries, South Africa has the most brutally honest people. These people don't even have a subtlety to the art of corruption. It's just laid bare in front of your eyes! You don't get any fakers here.

imma have to brag here and say that my country was ranked as the country with the least corruption in the whole world :] but that just say what a shitty world this is! for surely there's corruption here as well. like this one time, when the prime minister got a present from the president of afganistan - and he didn't even ask for the receipt! oh my god!!!
but i really understand why you don't want to move, south africa is definitly a pretty and diverse place(from what i've seen on pics and tv)
