I think different is good also. I especially like to see artists do stuff that they haven't done before as in experimenting. To answer your question I start off by sketching but not in detail, then I add color and the shading I want, then I go back and finish the details and add more colours to my images. And yeah I have began to favor drawings over photo manips also, mainly because its all my work and it makes me happier to just sit and relax and draw rather than hunt for stock if you know what I mean - hunting for stock annoys me. I understand what you're saying and I'm not trying to argue with you here...but I do use a lot of the pictures, and I am always trying to capture different expressions and i assume others are too, so I hope that some of my stock can help other people in their art also.

I understand your reasons... and if devArt wasn't having a bit of a " situation" right now I would agree with you completely... let's just hope that devArt doesn't eventually go belly-up because they can't cope with the problem. Your subject matter is interesting but I just think there should be some limits.

Yea it was just an assumtion... I almost added your link to my rant but at the last moment I found out that you had a legit location for art and that this was just a separate storage space.
Neat ideas for the stock although I still think too many photos being uploaded to devart is what the moderators have been recently complaining about.
Oh well, when the time comes they'll have to come up with some sort of solution.
