you do understand that deviantart intervening on anyones behalf =/= real legal action right?

theres nothing in those pages about using any image as an icon
i can go to the front page and pick a deviant image right now as my icon if i want

and censorship kills language worse than swearing im not going to censor any of your post
i will never go censoring anyones post

True, but this is mainly for before. Copying and pasting a OC's backstory and image and recoloring it and editing it a little is annoying.
