Which ones would you recommend for somebody who wants to get into the industry in a couple of years?

Although I'm not in the industry, I'd recommend permanoobs.org, it was started by Algenpfleger, and the sketchbook and critique forums are great for critiques and general advice for improvement. If you had asked me a few years ago, I would've recommended conceptart.org, but it's nothing like it used to be. I myself am trying to get into a design school here soon, and then maybe intern at a studio nearby the school. Anyways, if you need inspiration to kickstart your studies, check out Algen's SB HERE!

Look through each page, his improvement over a few months is staggering, and now he does illustrations for Magic the Gathering and other studios. Each time I lose motivation, I look through it and it fires me up to do more. lol

I understand that. I have been all over the place these days. A little here, a little in the forums, a little on skype, a little in sycra forum hangouts, a little with the artist's hubs... a little on conceptart.org.....its rather tiring. Could be worse, though, I guess. Lol. Its always good to get tips and advice from people and to constantly put stuff down. Hope to see more from your page, bro, I love the quality behind it.
