OK SO ITS LIKE THIS. THERES FOUR SQUARE PIECES HERE.

Each side has 2 stacked onto eachother, the dashes are where you stitch up right away.

the weird circle vector scribbles are the open areas where I would fill up with rice (or non-popping corn kernel things, or plastic bebes), in my case rice.

I wouldn't fill them ALL the way, just like 2 or 3 table spoons really. With a teacup of rice I could probably make them both. And they aren't much bigger than my hands (i have small hands though).

ANYWAY and the red dashed lines are the side I would sew up after I've filled my spaces with rice (for me).

After that you can warm the hand warmers in the micro for like 10seconds. take em out and stuff em in your jacket pocket ; v ; WALK AROUND WITH IT AND FEEL NICE AND WARM~

Rice is like the last choice thing though, it doesn't stay warm for TOO long, and the kernels that don't pop are apparently the best thing. plastic bebes are a good medium.
