Honestly, I haven't found one for me yet

But it really just depends if you're a picky person, I think.

I've used the Huion-GT 190 
and the Cintiq 13 HD

I upgraded to the Huion from using the mouse, and obviously, it was the best thing I've done because using a mouse is really hard for me personally.

Huion gt-190:
Cons:
Bulky
Heavy
Huge
Not wireless
Have to replace the cord a lot
Does not come with the right cord to connect to a laptop, only a desktop, which has to be bought separately. 
About the size of a small flat screen only thick in the back, so it isn't flat, it's got quite a few inches on the back of it to hold the battery and stuff. 
Disk download doesn't work, always comes outdated. 
Pen sensitivity isn't the best, but it works. 


Pros: 
Nice when you've never used a tablet monitor before
Nice when you don't like to use a pen touch (looking at a monitor screen but drawing a screenless pad) 
Worked for me. 
Cords don't have to be bought from the company and could most likely be found are your local Walmart / video store. 
Stand works. 


Cintiq 13 HD:
Cons:
After using it for a while, not quite a year yet, it's started to lag and the pen glitches or lags around.
The stand does not work for it unless you spend like a good 40 minutes on it, and even though there's no guarantee it'll hold your Cintiq up.
Have to buy a specific 3 n 1 cable cord, if the cord breaks.

Pros:
Good pen sensitivity and pressure
Helped improved my art more than the huion 



In the end, I would probably suggest the Cintiq as a cheaper option but if you don't have the money for that then the Huion gt-190 is a good start too.

Personally, I haven't found another one yet that suits me but I'm looking into buy the Mobilestudio pro by Wacom which is a computer and drawing tablet in one.

Thank you so much! I currently use a huion wh1049 aside from line quality its pretty great

It sits neatly on my slide in desk
The pen needs to be recharged at times(seems easier than rehanging nibs on pens though). You can recharge it from your laptop.
It's pretty durable too

The thing no matter how hard I try with this tablet my lines still turn out sloppy and distorted 
Now I'm aware there are other issues with my art(anatomy mostly but I'm getting help fro someone) but I have used a wacom before and have made examples and comparisons.
Me and other artists definitely notice a difference. 
I agree that wacom helps improve art more.
 red = wacom | blue = huion 
This was a school tablet and my teacher cannot find the exact model these are currently

Huion works great for some people and I'm happy for them. Mine was marketed for beginners so I guess I'm just ready for an upgrade

I dream of a cintiq but I'll probably need to save up more. I hope you find what you're looking for!
