DOOM Eternal and working on new art in the free time I get from work being closed will keep the coronathot at bay. I almost drew her as a corrupted Gassassin who fell to Nurgle, but then things got so serious I didn't want to associate one of my soldiers with such a shitty thing. I did start on a Coalition Enforcer though, basically an evil version of a Zechite Crusader. And my webcomic may soon see its first issue. Gotta release it before the snowflakes and monetizers make it impossible to publish.

How is Doom Eternal? I picked up Doom 64 on pc, that’s been dope. You managing alright over there? Praise the Chaos God Todd Howard for not releasing Skyrim this year, but rather a new game.

Doom Eternal is pretty damn good. Of course I'm a total 30-year-old boomer so classic 90s Doom and Quake will always be my favorite, but I'm still really digging the Doom reboots. And I can safely say the Doom Slayer is best Doomguy. Also, you are not the first person to be excited for Doom 64 coming to PC. Of course, I've played it on PC for years thanks to the magic of emulation and then someone porting it to GZDoom, but it's still boss that they are doing an official PC port.

I'm okay so far. I've gotten a couple false positives due to it also being allergy season, but hey, no work. Using that as an excuse to do more art and maybe start coding a game or two.

Then there's the issue that Safhira bodies are too delicate to handle Nurgle's Rot and they're incapable of gaining weight and becoming bloated and hideous the way Nurgle likes his followers, so instead they just melt into horrible globs of goo. Also Enforcers are assholes. The Coalition employs brainwashed Zechites to do the dirty work for them and even the enemies of the Zechites think that's fucked-up. Zekkies fight for what's best for humanity. Their Coalition counterparts fight to enforce a corrupt and degenerate leftist smart-state ruled by soyboys and Google algorithms.

I was worried when Doom 2016 was announced, I had followed the news of development hell that (back then it was called) Doom 4 had gone through. When it came out all those years later in 2026, it was nice to see the game was great. Id porting Doom 64 is nice, not a big thing but nice.

Ah plenty of time for art and degeneracy! Good luck on coding, if you make a Zechite power Fantasy game do give me a holler. Although I worry I may start liking the Safhirim too much to enjoy slaying them...Nah I could still enjoy it.

Yeah I watched a bit about Doom 2016's development hell too. Amazing how much the game's changed. The original 2008 version looked terrible. Doom and CoD don't mix, and I remember modern shooters are so despised in the Doom modding community that ChubzDoomer made a joke WAD back in the day making fun of all the modern casual shooter tropes like regenerating health, aiming down sites, overemphasis on bland cutscene-laden story, etc. I actually hated marketable triple-A games ever since they became a thing about 8-10 years ago, and nowadays they've proven even more repulsive with the trend towards appeasing SJWs, sleazy monetization techniques like microtransactions and "games as a service," and the industry's sick fetish of making everything feel and behave like a smartphone app.

Needless to say I am very happy Doom 2016 turned out the way it did. But I've played Brutal Doom since 2013 and was mighty pleased to learn Id actually took some cues from that one when they made their official Doom reboot. Also really pleased everything is unlockable through skill alone, and there are no fucking microtransactions or paywalls.

Yep, figured I'd pick up a game engine I've been learning for about a year now again. Also a Zechite power fantasy game sounds awesome. I could picture a glory kill involving capturing a Gassassin in midair, setting her to self-destruct and tossing her into a big crowd of other enemies and they all go up in a huge glittery pink explosion. Or repurposing her as a meltafart rifle a 'la Red Faction Armageddon. Or ripping off the photonic blades on her boots and dual-wielding them as hard light cleavers. I'd imagine the potential uses for weaponizing Gassassins would be limitless. That said, I wonder how Zecha's own arsenal would stack up against the forces of Hell.

All Saffies are thin and can't gain weight since their metabolisms are artificial and completely alien. Unlike modern human trends towards pushing fat-acceptance and shaming skinny people, you are correct that Saffies being skinny serves the practical purpose of making them more aerodynamic.

You will be happy to know that the real Zechites are still way stronger than their Coalition copycats. Although ironically the Coalition acts incredibly patronizing towards the Zechites and treats them like an oppressed group, but uses that sentiment to appropriate any bit of Zechite influence they can get. Unfortunately Zechites on Earth have been dumbed-down enough to buy into the Coalition's lies, but elsewhere in the galaxy Zecha seeks to liberate its bruvas.

Doom WADs we’re the original quality shitpost. Modern games are painfully trashy. Thank Sol Invictus we got Japan making the good shit. It’s weird how Japanese gacha games eat less money than a triple AAA product from America...Only Western game to innovate in the last couple of years was Destiny(being able to customer your character or manage quests from a loading screen, using your ghost, seeing it fully animated and it interacting with the environment, etc.).
We need a “Don’t step me on me” snek but with a Zechite.

I believe most of my WADs would be considered shitposts. My post recent one replaced some of the sounds so Revenants run around going "da doot da doodly-doo!" over and over again and all Archvile noises are replaced with me doing an extremely annoying clown laugh. I played it with Plutonia Experiment and I tell you, it enhanced the creepiness of the Archvile maze. For a few minutes at least. Then it become a mind-numbingly annoying fever dream.

I haven't checked out Destiny yet, but I know what you mean about Japan's games. They've got this strange way of making things absurdly and gloriously unmarketable and not taking any crap from snowflakes. It's like SJWs don't even exist in Japan, which makes me jealous of them. Also for the past few months I've gotten the mental image of a Starlight anime with a super over the top and hammy Zechite leader who shouts out "GODDO BURESSU ZEKKA!" in the vein of that emperor guy from Code Geass who says "HAIL BRITTANNIA!" That would be so badass. I'd imagine the anime rivalry and fight scenes between Crusaders and Gassassins would be even more over the top, with Gassassins kicking as fast as Kenshiro or Jotaru punching. And of course, LOTS of high-pressure blood.

Heh, as a conservative that flag speaks to me deeply. I have considered doing a Gadsden flag parody for all of my armies. Except maybe the USG, they're not nationalist enough. But Zechites and Saffies definitely.
