The robot butler turns to Elec and scans him briefly.  That's when the alarms went off seeing as the robot butler saw Elec as an intruder.  Flash came by and shuts off the alarm.  Afterwards, he looks at Elec and blinks a few times. 

"Hello there.  Sorry about my robot butler.  He's still trying to learn things here and there.  My staff are all on vacation, and this is just my summer home, but this place needs to be cleaned up.  Usually, visitors go to my apartment building which I own.  I'm the only one who has a top floor to myself." 

Flash puts his hands behind his back and turns to the side. 

"I take it you're Elec Man, and you request help from me.  Deidara gave me a call before you arrived and told me all the hairy details.  Tornado Man was in desperate need of help when he and his other siblings were scheduled to be scrapped.  The lawyers the humans have can't beat the ones I hired.  Since I want to keep up with my appearance, I will help you and your brothers." 

Flash looks over Elec. 

"I have to be honest, but you're in bad shape.  It's nothing that I can't fix though.  With my experience, I can upgrade you in no time.  Who knows?  You may even equal to Quick, and I can give you additional abilities when you're really in a jam.  What I need from you is to fill out the forms I'll give you and your brothers to go to the address provided on the forms.  Besides, you want to look your best when you become an uncle."

Flash walks over to a table and grabs the forms.  He hands them to Elec.

"Like all hospitals, I have to let everyone fill out forms.  There is a young lady who works with me, and she'll be helping me out with the procedures.  She's very smart for her age and quite a looker.  Anyway, you and your brothers have to fill out those forms and go to that address to turn them in."
