they're boot covers, actually! the base shoes are just ordinary 2-inch heeled dress shoes. i made the boot covers out of a red cotton fabric with 4-way bias so it stretched properly. i'm sorry if this doesn't help you!

I had actually gotten it from some obscure seller on ebay, and it was actually my friend who ordered it, so i can't quite remember... though, i can point you in the direction of fantasy sheep (a quick google search will pull them up); they have AMAZING wigs and there's a chance they might have a wig you can use for neru!
