A bang of a finale, but a mixed bag of a season. It's actually just the way I want any episodic show to end; Clear signs of Seasonal Rot to justify to your audience why the show needs to die, but still short enough to leave a few pleasant surprises and a high-note of a finale. I had these exact same feelings about the way "Phineas and Ferb" ended.

Hey, if there's any villain with the right to an audience-alienating plot twist, it's Discord. Truthfully, I'd rather have a bunch of old villains come together and nearly destroy the world than have a total rando we just met with rando God powers do the exact same thing. It's more personal this way.

As for Cozy Glow, we don't really know how long she's gonna be trapped in there. Could be 1000 years, could be a few weeks. We'll let the fanfics decide how much her parents are willing to combat unfair government regulations to save their sociopathic daughter, but that's not something the show really needs to focus on.

Best: "Sparkle's Seven" for every insane idea they managed to cram into 21 minutes at the voice team's request. Every main character gets the spotlight at one point or another, they all shine on their turn, and despite all the clutter, the episode never feels rushed.

Worst: "2, 4, 6, Greaaat" because RD's OOC apathy toward everything is both frustrating and boring at the exact same time. I watched a few blind reaction videos for the whole season, and this episode was the only one I had to play in fast-forward.

Okay this might be me, cause I personally grew up watching Gilligan’s Island, but..

Sin: I’ll give them props for doing a Gilligan's Island parody but they did one part all wrong. In the original show and they bring this up all the time in the show, Gilligan, Skipper, Mr Howel the 3rd, his wife, Ginger, the Professor and Mary Ann all got stranded due to a massive storm. Sure maybe Gilligan got lost while storing but the storm wouldn’t be his fault. If anything this scene would have done the intro, storm and stuff, and showed them trying get off the island with Larry somehow messing up their attempts for a rescue. That would be better for them to teach thier forgiveness moral without Larry being forgiven so easily for stranding them on Island, and it’ll make sense as parody for gilligan’s Island...


.... holy shit I’m such a nerd. I have said that much about Gilligan’s island to any of my friends.

My other sin isn’t really a sin just and easy joke.... during Rumor Weed or The Fib from Outer Space, you could have easily made a Little Shop of Horrors joke.

Probably "Mikuru Asahina Episode 00," just on a personal level. I made lots of embarassing student films in high school, and this episode summed up all my pitfalls.
