Well, all you need is 2 accounts and Comission widget
Make account , send points to account after if you done good with account in case,
Then go to your main account and add Comission widget in setting , then send by Comission widget which convert from points into money but you have have for 14 days.
And you need PayPal to send money and be avaible.
So one other way you can go ask friend who does have PayPal and ask them for exchange , so you send points and they pay stuff what you wanted by money which you exchanged for.
But you need trustworthy person.
