Yes... He did give Rin that leery rape-face in the limo when he was changing.
It was even worse in the manga o--o;;

Cause he waited for yukio to leave so it was just them two then was like 'change uniform now plz'. So Rin was like was all like 'EHH? Y U NO SAY SO EARLIER??' but started changing anyway cause he kinda had to. Of course then Mephisto was all like 'oh I'm pretending to look out the window (oh such beautiful sakura) as you strip but really I'm STARING AT YOU' And then he outright made it known he was oogling him by mentioning how he had skill fastening his tie.

Such a creeper. o-------o
