I haven't been asked such a question and I'm not quite sure actually. However, what I do know is we constantly keep modifiying the ingredients and stuff to make it more healthy without it losing it's great taste. I'm not sure if you've noticed, we use a fattening reduced oil for our frying needs. Our most recent change was the beans.... Unfortunately that change wasn't too good.
