I have to say, those guitars are beautiful. My favorite has to be the Purple Stained Korina Body and Mahogany Neck

I love the color purple, so naturally i love that guitar.
I'll keep dreaming though, cause i'll never be able to afford one of those guitars, not on a college student budget anyway.

You're having a great taste. I still hope to, one day, play a duet with The Purple Beauty and James I think She is in Califorrnia at home... I mean, as I found the Zachary page, I thought I will never play such a true guitar. But only a few weeks later, I found James on ebay... and no one wanted to have Her (???)
And who the hell would sale the blond hollow-body beauty ??? I couldn't believe it as I saw Her on ebay... and of course I had NO money... haha, let Me know Your ebay-name, so I wont overbid You...

Theres one on ebay right now for $1700. I dont even have $1000 right now though lol. Though with my new job, i should be able to make enough to hopefully get another Ibanez or a Dean.
Are there any guitars that are reasonably priced that you would recommend me looking at?

the only problem i've had with my Ibanez is that one of the strings sounds off, not so much that it needs to be tuned or the strings need to be replaced..but theres something electrical sounding (that shouldnt be doing that) when i pluck a string. I dunno, overall i'm happy with my Ibanez, but maybe i'll try to trade it in for a guitar around the same price. Let me know what brands i should be looking for.

I wouldn't care to much for brands. They all want to make money and so (We say), they all cook with water.
Try to find a guitarmaker next to You. I'm sure He... or She (I know only one female guitarmaker but can't remember Her name... shame) will help You to find the best sounding guitar for the least money. And of course He will solve the problem with Your Ibanez Or tell You to burn it and take some cool pictures

If it isn't an electrical problem, maybe different strings will help...[link]

I cannot lie, those are by far the most eye pleasing guitars I have seen, I it would be hard to believe they dont sound great too! I am more a fan of acoustic and hallow bodies, but those make me wish I played more electric (I really dont play much at all...)
