I have no set approach to doing my pieces, much is as-I-go-along, pure chance sometimes. Though I do start off with a blank canvass & then just add sections of pure colour, for the face, or background, & usually tackle the eyes/area first. If they're no good, I won't bother with the rest at all. Might come back to it, though, to 'safe' it. I had pieces sitting half done on my machine for months.

I don't draw out a skeleton image first like most, & sometimes even the background comes last thing, if I can be bothered with it. Very much as I do oil, and then leave it overnight to come back to it, change things, add/remove, etc., or finish it within a few hrs only. Depends. Not even the manpis are done in the same manner each time, depending on how much needs retouching.

Besides, I haven't really got the time do do tutorials.
