hey-yeah, thanks for the note + affirmation.
Know what you're saying about the outlet/community here.
So is photography your profession? Making money or pursuing creative alleviation +/or esteem?
I have officially + abruptly quit today doing what I was doing for an old friend's dotcom outfit, as bad ethics and new resentments are hard to ignore when compunded by a paycheck that's a week overdue. Long story. Point is I already was approached by a newer, much-more-trusted friend to go into business with her, as partners for a design outfit here in the upper valley.
THere's more to it, and I should've scribed a note rather than blather here, but I will IM you as soon as the hubbub dies down, i.e. transferring files to the midwest + filing the rest of the official new-business papers. I just want to see if you might be interested in the Possibility for contract work for a fledgling designer/business owner when the opp comes up. Please forgive the wild-eyed assault of a comment-reply here. It's always a rush to quit a job! talk with you soon- Nick
